Holiday Schedule 2025-2026

AME/GUILD/EXEMPT

** One (1) Unscheduled day which will be added to the Guild (U) days, Exempt and AME Employees in their accrual balances. 

Academic Chairs return date for Fall 2025 is August 18, 2025. Last day on campus is June 16, 2026.
Assistant Academic Chairs return date for Fall 2025 is August 25, 2025.

Faculty Association

The following list represents the agreed upon paid holidays granted to full time Counselors, Librarians, Professional Assistants, Specialists and Coordinators.

There are one (1) or two (2) unscheduled holidays for ten-month Librarians, Counselors, Coordinators, Professional Assistants and Specialists, depending on when the employee’s work year concludes.

The following is a summary of the 2025 - 2026 "N" and "U" days for 10-month employees:                             

There is one (1) unscheduled holiday for twelve-month Faculty.
