Mission and Program Learning OutcomesThe mission of the faculty, staff and administration of the Culinary Arts A.A.S. Degree Program- Restaurant Management Option is to provide quality hospitality education and culinary training to a diverse student population in order to prepare them for immediate employment in an entry-level, hospitality supervisory position. The curriculum, including an internship component, is designed to foster social responsibility through involvement in community service and to teach the core values of excellence, leadership, ethics and respect for diversity compatible with the American Culinary Federation’s Code of Ethics.
