Mission and Program Learning Outcomes

The mission of the faculty, staff and administration of the Culinary Arts: Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate Program is to provide quality hospitality education and culinary training to a diverse student population in order to prepare them for immediate employment in an entry-level, supervisory position or for career advancement in establishments where baking and pastry production occur.
