Selden, NY – March 16, 2026 - Suffolk County Community College will present the Annual High School Art Exhibition from March 16 through March 26 in the Flecker Gallery on the Ammerman Campus in Selden. A closing reception and award presentation will be held on Thursday, March 26 from 5-7 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the student artists and view the exhibition. Light refreshments will be served.

The exhibition showcases artwork by Suffolk County high school students in grades 9–12 from more than 20 mid-Island high schools. Students were invited to submit work in all mediums, highlighting a wide range of artistic expression including drawing, painting, photography, sculpture and digital art.

The exhibition celebrates the creativity and artistic vision of young artists from across the region and provides students with the opportunity to have their work displayed in a professional gallery setting.

The event is free and open to the public. The Flecker Gallery is located on the Ammerman Campus of Suffolk County Community College in Selden.

Gallery Hours:

Monday through Thursday 10 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. (and by appointment).
