“Our automobiles contain complex computer and electronic systems that require highly trained technicians who are proficient in math, science and computer technology,” said Suffolk County Community College President Dr. Shaun L. McKay. “I congratulate our Auto Technology department, the faculty and staff on this honor. Students in our program are preparing not only for their futures, but the future of the industry,” McKay said.
