Study Hour & RESTART Program
Study Hour (STH 001) is a weekly, zero‑credit, zero‑cost support course that helps students strengthen academic skills, improve standing,
and navigate college successfully. Students meet with an academic mentor weekly for
15 weeks during the fall or spring semester.

RESTART Program
All Study Hour students are automatically enrolled in RESTART, a curriculum designed to support academic recovery through seven core principles:
