PRE-REQUISITES
- BIO130: Anatomy and Physiology I*
- Minimum accepted grade of C+
- Anatomy and Physiology coursework (BIO130) may not be older than 10 years
- ENG101: Standard Freshman Composition
- PSY101: Introduction to Psychology
- COM 101, 102, 105, or 107
EXPERIENCE in PHYSICAL THERAPY
40 hours or more of paid or volunteer experience in a facility with a licensed PT
or PTA and DOCUMENTED PROOF on facility letterhead signed by the supervising therapist
is required. This documented proof must be sent in and completed by the admissions
deadline.

- High School Diploma
- 85 academic average unweighted
- 85 in Regents biology and Regents chemistry (exam and course average) or equivalent
- 85 in Regents Algebra (exam and course average) or equivalent and completed the high school mathematics sequence through Algebra2/Trig (or equivalent)
- ACT score of 21 Reading and 22 Math or SAT score of 560 in Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and 540 in Math
