Appeal for Course Withdrawal Period
To officially withdraw from a class, complete the Course Withdrawal form and submit it to the Registrar office within the Course Withdrawal Period listed above.
After the course withdrawal deadline (after two-thirds of term), students may appeal for a course withdrawal if they have encountered extreme circumstances that prevent them from completing the course. To initiate this appeal, students must complete the Appeal for Course Withdrawal form and submit it to the course instructor no later than the request deadline . The appeal will then be reviewed by a committee of Academic Deans, who will consider the circumstances and determine whether the request for withdrawal will be granted.
