A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of Suffolk County Community College will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Learning Resource Center, on the Michael J. Grant Campus, 1001 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood, New York, for the following purpose: 1. If authorized by a majority vote of the total membership of the Board of Trustees, to conduct an executive session for lawful purposes, pursuant to Public Officers Law §105; and 2. Upon opening public session, the Board of Trustees will immediately entertain a motion to enter into executive session. When the Board resumes the public session to close the meeting, no other business is anticipated to be transacted.

  • To confidential treatment of disclosures and medical records and, except as required by law, be afforded the opportunity to approve or refuse their release
  • To know the names and titles of people involved in your care

Patient's Responsibilities

  • To provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and inform the nursing staff of any changes in your health status that could affect your treatment
  • To act in a considerate and cooperative manner with the Health Services staff
  • To ask questions and seek clarification regarding areas of concern
  • To weigh the consequences of non-compliance regarding any instructions and recommendations
  • To assist the nursing staff in compiling a complete record by authorizing the Health Service Office to obtain necessary medical information from appropriate sources
