As a requirement for employment at Suffolk County Community College, it is necessary
for all Adjunct Faculty members to have official copies of their graduate and undergraduate
transcripts on record in their personnel folder by the conclusion of their first semester.
Failure to adhere to this policy will result in removal from the seniority list and
reassignment of any future semester assignments. Kindly arrange for your transcripts

For individuals with foreign educational credentials, it is imperative that these
documents be translated into English and evaluated by an accredited agency to determine
their equivalency in the United States. Applicants are required to obtain a course-by-course
translation and evaluation in English from one of the approved agencies recognized
by the College.
