Beacon Portal Roster Verification Instructions for Instructors
Select - High School Instructor Role
After logging in, you’ll arrive at the home page for instructors. For Roster Verification, you’ll want to click on ‘My Classes’
Next, select the section you want to verify by clicking ‘View Details.’ In some browsers, you may need to click the + button to expand the row in order to see the View Details button.
Next, review the list of students. In the drop down, please select yes or no to the accuracy of the roster.
If you select NO, a box will appear. Please note any corrections in the box with as much detail as you can. Then click Submit Response.
