Beacon Portal Grade Entry Instructions for Instructors
Select - High School Instructor Role
After logging in, you’ll arrive at the home page for instructors. For Grade Entry, you’ll want to click on ‘Class Grades’.
Next, select the section you want to enter grades for by clicking ‘View Details.’ In some browsers, you may need to click the + button to expand the row in order to see the View Details button.
Next, enter the grade for each student on the roster. Before you leave the page, click ‘Save Grades’ if you are not ready to submit to the Suffolk Community College staff. Click ‘Submit Grades’ if you have finalized your grades and are ready to send the grades to the College.
